The Lee County Department of Veterans Affairs Healthcare Center located at 2489 Diplomat Parkway East in Cape Coral, FL will be closed today, January 20, 2015 due to water main repairs and associated maintenance.

At this time, it is anticipated that the facility will remain closed through Friday, January 23 and reopen on Saturday, January 24. Veterans who have scheduled medical appointments during this time will be contacted by their clinician via telephone or to reschedule as appropriate.

Patients are encouraged to contact the Lee County Healthcare Center at 239-652-1800 or their healthcare team with any questions.

At approximately 7:30 a.m. today, a break in the main water line feeding the facility was identified. The water main was repaired around 10:00 a.m., however, maintenance and water testing are required.
